Refund and Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to bookings with Inyeri Worldwide Safaris. Individual tours may also carry their own cancellation terms, shown on each package page.
Cancellation by you
We understand that plans change. Refunds on cancelled tours work as follows:
- 60 or more days before travel: full refund minus a US$200 administration fee.
- 45–59 days before travel: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- 30–44 days before travel: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
- Fewer than 30 days before travel: no refund.
Permits and special fees
Gorilla permits (US$800), chimpanzee permits (US$250) and domestic flights are 100% non-refundable once booked and confirmed by the Uganda Wildlife Authority.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a tour because of unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to rebook free of charge within 12 months.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover these cases.

Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
