These terms apply to every tour booked with Inyeri Worldwide Safaris.
Bookings and payments
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, and full payment is due 45 days before travel. Gorilla and chimpanzee permits require 100% payment to secure.
Prices
Prices are quoted in US dollars and include taxes as stated. Prices may change if park fees are increased by the Uganda Wildlife Authority.
Travel documents
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, a visa for Uganda (US$50 at the time of writing), a yellow fever vaccination certificate and travel insurance. Entry requirements can change — please confirm the current rules with us and with the official Ugandan authorities before you travel.
Health and safety
Gorilla trekking requires a moderate level of fitness. We are not liable for injuries sustained during adventure activities such as white-water rafting.
Changes by us
We reserve the right to change itineraries because of weather, park closures or safety concerns. Where this happens we will offer an alternative of equal value.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
